Baytree construction is based in Wokingham Berkshire. Our core business is for domestic clients who are extending or redeveloping their home.

Customer satisfaction is main priority. We focus on delivering superb workmanship and using our client budget to gain the best value for investment.

Our clients developments/extensions vary completely. We have the skills to produce high end bespoke buildings/home with high end technology or individual/ architectural features. We have a core building of home extensions for clients growing their living space. Our company structure is set up so we can do the whole build and not just a shell. However we are happy for the client to complete an element of the build if required such as the decoration to suit their budget.

Our staff we are continuously developing through training programmes and coaching. This we believe keeps up with regulations, new methods of building and motivates our staff which turn increases their productivity.

We have developed good working relationship with suppliers and specialist sub-contractors over the years. This can help us achieve usual customer/architectural requirements. Having good working relationships with suppliers is a key for 'just in time' deliveries which is our usual procurement method as space is generally at a premium.

It can be a stressful time building, we try to minimise this by good communication. We produce a traffic light schedule of work which we update throughout the whole build process. We use model technology to communicate which our clients find refreshing.
